You'll love this one. We got this in the mail the other day. It's from our realtor, as you can see, and she's bragging about a house that she recently sold in the neighborhood, which happens to be ours (only somehow it's gotten considerably wider).

But it gets better. On the back of the postcard, you'll notice it's addressed not to us, but to Keith Oliver, the deceased former owner of the house pictured on the other side of the card. Oh, the yummy delicious irony.

Also, it's a Victorian, not a Colonial. But that's neither here nor there.
