Apparently the Iraqis aren't the only ones having trouble meeting deadlines. I received a fax from our agent. The appraiser needed more time. Something about the whole 'straddling the Woburn line' thing. Our agent wanted to extend the commitment letter-date until Friday, the 19th.

But for whatever reason, they're only giving us 'til Wednesday. And our finance guy isn't sure he can get the commitment letter by then.

Our agent tells us don't worry. He has everything under control. But at this point we're pretty sure we'll be living with my parents for the next ten years.
